Over the last two days we have been finding facts about the Greeks.

But today we started designing our poster, book and other stuff. It was really good colouring and finding facts about them.

Oh no!

We have lots of holidays in april so in total we are only in for 7 days! That means when we come back in may we only actually have 66 days left in yr5. Boo Hoo……..

Twink and Pearl left the palace,they did not speak until they got outside. Pearl told Twink what the king and Queen told her,Twink nodded.Twink said nicely “Pearl what we are going to do is you are going to got changed and then we a re going back to the palace.”So that was what they did,once they were back at Twink’s house Pearl got changed into a sliver jumpsuit.Then Twink packed dust. “Twink why are you packing dust?” Pearl asked,then Twink replied sweetly and kindly “Well Pearl it is actually food I can turn it into food.” Once they finished they walked over to the palace again.This time when they arrived at the palace the king and Queen were stood up talking.Finally they stopped chatting and looked over to Pearl.

The darkness chapter 7

Then the dust turned into a plate of bacon and eggs,Pearl’s favourite.Pearl globbed it all up in one gulp.Once she finished chewing they walked over to the palace. It was like a huge glass house with lot’s of tower’s.They were clear white guard’s guarding the huge door’s.They let Pearl and Twink though,It was a huge black room with a red carpet,at the far end of the room was two lage white glistening chair’s.That had two white people on the chair’s,Pearl knew that they must have been their King and Queen. Twink grabbed hold of Pearl’s hand and they both started walking forward.The King announced loudly and proudly “Why hello Pearl and Twink,Twink may I talk to Pearl alone.” Pearl let go off Twink’s hand and smiled. “Well I think that Twink probably told you that you have been sent to earth to help us and now is the time,” The King announced.

Pearl’s feet were stuck to the ground. Twink started smiling, her smile started growing and growing. Suddenly Pearl was not in the cave anymore,she was in a small hut that must have been Twink’s house. Also Pearl was not wearing her pyjama’s,she was wearing a long skinkly red dress. Twink started to talk “Do you like the dress?I made it myself.” Pearl smiled.Pearl started to look around the walls were black and white, the sofa was white and the chair was black. Pearl yawned and then Twink clicked her fingers, then Pearl was on a nice small comfy bed. Pearl finally woke up and thought it was a dream but then she noticed it wasn’t. Twink came in with a plate full of dust and said happily ” Our King and Queen would like to see you!”

Chapter 2

They were wrapped in gorgeous silver paper and pink bows. They felt so precious to me i just wanted to hug them like a teddy bear. Then my annoying little brother tried tearing them to bits. I gasped in horror. ” TIGER! ” I screamed. With a face like thunder I grabbed them out of his reach and gently started to unrap them. First I got a pair of blue jeans with little pink heart buttons on themand a matching t-shirt with a cute koala motif across the chest. My second present was a pair of lush blue trainers with pink laces. My third present was a stationery set full of vibrant gel pens and stickers. My fourth present was a pink pull-along suitcase. I left my last present for a reason and that was because it was BIG , SOFT and SQUISHY, I wondered what it could be.

I wanted Gabriell to stay there. So I tiptoed softly on the rough floor, whilst Gabriell flew up in the air into a claustrophobic corner. I peered out, when Gabriell whispered “Get the hair off the unicorn to rub on the creatures face and it will get rid off it, forever.”

I trusted the angel. A few seconds after I wondered to the cherry top hill with a gasp of hopeness.

“Come here, little unicorn I only piece of hair to get rid of the creature,” I said swiftly.

I tip toed over with my fingers crossed and took out my scissors then i chopped some elegant hair off the unicorn. I raced happily up to the cave and showed Gabriell.

“Well done you now have to find the creature,” Gabriell announced with a sweet voice.

I knew there was no point looking because if i make a slight move ment the creature will see me. I wondered a little bit and I spotted the creature staring into the crystal clear water. It started charging up at me and its slimy body dripped off as it ran. I got ready it came and I rubbed it on its face and it started to fade away. Five minutes had passed and I know my job here was done.

” Thank you, you really helped all of the land,” Gabriell whispered happily.

” No thank you Gabriell you told me what to do,” I replied enthusiastically.

” I want you to have this to keep and to remember me by,” Gabriell whispered whilst putting her hand out.

She gave me a little picture of her.

” Thank you but why me?” I said confusingly.

” I cant go any where else only here you cant take me home where humans can see me thats why,” Gabriell annonced.

The dream land chapter 2 by Amy

Chapter 2.

So mysteriously I stood near a damp cave where I could smell stagnant, musty. A few hours passed, and some thing caught the edge of my eye. I looked up in the depth of the night wondering what it is. The trees brushed through the wind. I felt lonley and my heart sunk with sadness,whilest, my brain whizzled about. I didn’t know what was happening. Suddenly with a blink of an eye, a collasal elegant, glistening star fell from the darkness of the night. I blinked to see if it was real and it was. A giant creature thumped out it was groteque and definitly angry by charging at me and suddenly every thing turned blank… The night faded into day, I found myself lying in a pool of mud with my clothes and shoes brown. When I looked up a monsterous creature hovered over me. It stood still. My heart thumped wildly against my chest. Meanwhile a loud bang echoed the land. Suddenly the creature charged out of f the cave and disappered completly. I know this is my chance to escape. So with a three I will race out. 1, My heart froze. 2, I got up. 3, I ran out energetically. No one was there. Out of the blue I saw a little angel fly out of the star and flew in to the air. It flew swiftly. It started whispering to its self. I wondered what it said. The angel flew of into the sun light. I thought to myself what is in the myserious star. So, I strode up cautiously, unaware what will happen. I suddenly saw the creature staring at me with its bloodcurling eyes. I raced away while the creature chased after me. On the way I saw a unicorn with snow like skin. Also I saw a cherry top hill with a cherry on top and an eadable flower that you can eat. I looked behind me and the creature was still chasing me, I saw a cave with an old manky sighn saying DO NOT ENTER. But there was no where else to go, so I went in and curled up in a ball and I saw the creature run straight passed me. “Phew that was close,” I gasped trying to get my breath back. I looked up when, I saw a little angel in the other corner staring at me. It started weeping and weeping. I started sliding to see if she was alright.

” I am called Lucy what is your name? I wont hurt you,” I whispered camly to it.

” I am called Gabriell, I’m scared,”Gabriell whispered to me as I moved closer.

I sat down next to Gabriell thinking what to do.

I had decided to take care of it and ask my mum and dad if I can keep it.
